2002 Great Lakes Championship Registration Procedures

All Farr-40’s are required to submit the following forms for each regatta.

These forms must be completed and signed by no later than 1 week prior to the event.

1. Owner Compliance Form (Appendix-10) .  Print then fax or hand deliver ONLY.

2. Sail and Crew Declaration Form (Appendix-5)  Online submission or printable versions.

These forms are available on the Class Web Site. All Crew weights will be kept in a database, and the crew weights will be E-mailed to the owners as they are received. Owners can submit their crew declarations without weights. If a crew member has not been weighed, they must do so before the start of the first race..See Crew Weigh In Procedure on Web Site.

All boats will be inspected at some point during the season. The inspections will be done at random, and a yacht may be inspected more than once. The Inspection Check List is also posted on the web site.
