Only one approved relief helmsman can be nominated to relieve an owner (or a substitute helmsman) at the helm per Class Rules during a Farr 40 One Design event. This declaration must be submitted to the Great Lakes Farr 40 Fleet Administrator at least 48 hours prior to the start of any Farr 40 One Design event.
